  • Our return policy lasts 15 days.

  • If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

    • The item must be in its original packaging.

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important:
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly. If you purchased from us, you must send it back to KPAL Scandinavia.


⚑ Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item is returned more than 15 days after delivery.


πŸ’³ Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.


πŸ”Ž Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company β€” it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Then contact your bank.
    If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@teckwrapsweden.se.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded.

  • Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


♻️ Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To return your product, please contact us first at: info@teckwrapsweden.se.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If we provide the return shipping, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

For returns valued over 700 SEK, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
